Sloppy Joe sauce

 For those days when the canned stuff isn't available, or just when  you feel home made is best, you can adjust ammounts to fit your family's tastes. This sauce tastes best with a little longer simmer time, it allows the flavors to blend nicely.

 Stir Fry Sauce (Teriyaki)

Use with Stirfry or as a sauce on Steak sandwiches for a new twist.  This Sauce is perfect for making Chicken Teriyaki Sandwiches as well. The sweet flavor also lends itself well for use with Pork.

White Sauce, great for serving over steamed vegetables, with corn kernels cut freshly off the cob, or with cauliflower florettes.

This very simple sauce dresses up simple dishes to make them special.

This sauce is also very versatile and is considered one of  the "Mother Sauces". It is the base sauce for many more elaborate sauces.
