Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole
A quick throw together dinner that doesn't taste like one. On a busy night, it comes together in about 25 minutes and while everyone gets ready for dinner, it's done.
Easy, versatile, try it with canned chicken or ham for a nice variety of a quick-and-easy casserole. Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole
1 (1 lb. Bag egg Noodles (1 lb) Cook according to package directions
2 (6 oz) cans tuna, drained 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 bag 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables (or your choice of veggie)
1 cup bread crumbs 2 tablespoons butter room temp 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated.
Serves 6 to 8
Pre heat oven to 400 F
In a medium size pan, combine tuna, soups vegetables. Heat on medium heat until heated throughly. Mix with noodles, pour into a 9 X 13 pan (sprayed with no stick spray.)
In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter, sprinkle on top of tuna noodle mixture. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes
