Quesadilla
This basic recipe is pretty much just a mexican style grilled cheese sandwich, perhaps it's the look, the tortillas or how easy they are to hold that makes kids love them so much.
This basic recipe is so easy to add to and dress up, add chunked cooked chicken, great way to use leftover meats and veggies too. Quesadilla
Basic Quesadillas

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Package Shredded Montery Jack cheese
