This super simple kid snack, is both healthy and tasty. It provides you with control over sugar and flavor, and costs a lot less than the pre-flavored, pre-sweetened yougurts on the market. 

The blueberry flavor is only one of the oodles of possibilities for this yummy snack. Use your imagination or just what you have on hand and your favorite fruit in season.

I've Got the Blues, Yogurt Yumm

2 (6 oz) containers Plain low fat yougurt
4 Tablespoons Sugar
1/4 (rounded) teaspoon (Berry Blue flavor Koolaid unsweetened softdrink mix)
1/4 cup blue berries

Serves 2 regular size kids or 4 little ones
Combine yogurt, sugar and soft drink mix, stir to combine,
Fold in blue berries. Chill in refrigirator for 15 to 20 minutes, serve.
