 Way too Smple Rocky Road
Simple recipe for a kid's favorite - Rocky Road Fudge, the perfect recipe for kids to help to make and eat, a perfect family night recipe Way too Smple Rocky Road
1 (16 oz.) container milk chocolate frosting
2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
about 24 carmels peeled ( optional)
makes 24 to 36 pieces
in a double boiler, melt milk chocolate frosting, fold in chocolate chips and continue heating till melted.
in a 9 X 13 pan, butter bottom and sides of pan, arrange caramels if using in an even pattern on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, then mini marshmallows.
Pour chocolate/frosting mixture over the nuts and marshmallows in pan, covering as evenly as possible.
allow to cool. cover with plastic to store.
