Vanilla Pudding Parfait

Never a bad idea. According to donkey on Shrek, it is the best dessert. My family thinks so too.

Use your favorite fruit in season. Add leftover cake or some store bought pound cake for a triffle effect. Perfect dessert for family or company. Whips up in minutes.

Vanilla Pudding Parfait

2 large peaches Sliced thinly, pits removed. Or Favorite fruit (We used berries)
1/4 Cup Sugar
Ѕ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves ( optional)
2 tablespoons of orange juice

1 Package 4 serving size instant vanilla pudding prepared according to package directions

Serves 4
Placed sliced peaches, sugar, juice and spices in a medium bow, mix gently. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rest on a kitchen counter for 15

to 20 minutes. Drain liquid from peach mixture. Layer peaches and Pudding into serving dishes, finishing with fruit layer on top. Cover and

refrigirate for 20 minutes to 30 minutes
