A great topper for a romantic evening, or to serve when entertaining a few close friends. You can easily make this a more adult dessert by adding a couple of tablespoons of Grand Mariner to the cream cheese dip, (by the way, it really is dreamy, I can eat it plain). Add a few tablespoons of chocolate or coffe liquer to the chocolate ganache for a little burst in flavor.

Dreamy Cream Cheese Dip

1 8 oz. pack cream cheese (room temp)
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla extract (real)

place all ingredients in mixing bowl, beat at med speed till well blended, and creamy. Chill
covered, garnish with orange zest if desired.

Chocolate Ganache

2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp. butter

heat cream until it begins to simmer, add butter, heat till butter melts. place chocolate chips in
a heat proof bowl add hot milk/butter mixture stirring gently to melt the chocolate chips and
blending the entire mixture to a smooth consistency.
