Very Berry Squares

Sweet and fruity, and full of gooey goodness. Perfect any time of year.

Great choice for bake sales or pot lucks, simple, quick, and very yummy.

Very Berry Squares

2 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 Cups Oatmeal
1 1/2 Cups sugar
1 1/2 Cups butter at room temp
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 Can (21 oz) Raspberry or Blue berry Pie Filling

Heat Oven to 350 F.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg, in a mixing bowl.
Beat at low speed until well combined and crumbly.
Press 1/2 of the mixture into the bottom of the 9X13 pan.
Pour pie filling over pressed mixture, spread evenly.
Sprinkle remaining flour/oatmeal mixture over top of pie filling.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is lightly brown and filling is bubbly.
