Ginger Ale Glaze
This Ginger Ale glaze is an old time family favorite, simple enough for even the newest of cooks. It really Livens up the flavor of your Holiday Ham. Ginger Ale Glaze
2 Cups brown sugar 1 Cup Ginger ale 1 Teaspoon cinnamon 2 Tablespoons prepared mustard 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients until blended, spread evenly over ham during the last 30 to 60 minutes of cooking.
*Please be sure you maintain some liquid in the bottom of your pan, the sugar in this recipe can burn.
