 Stir Fry Sauce (Teriyaki)
Use with Stirfry or as a sauce on Steak sandwiches for a new twist. This Sauce is perfect for making Chicken Teriyaki Sandwiches as well. The sweet flavor also lends itself well for use with Pork.
Stir Fry sauce (Teriyaki)
1 cup Soy Sauce Or Teriyanki Sause (Not Glaze, Should have similar consistency as soy sauce)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon cornstarch.
Mix all ingredients, heat to boil, remove from heat. (Or you can add this to a stirfry and allow the sauce to cook with your meal.)
**You can add a bit more constarch if desired for a thicker sauce.
***Be sure to first mix the cornstarch with a cold liquid and dissolve well to avoid lumps. |
