Jam Tarts
These super simple Christmas cookie, offers a tender, flaky dough, and your favorite jam, lightly sweet, easy to make. This is a great cookie for the kids to help bake, with no raw eggs in the dough, it is safe enough for them to handle.
Jam Tarts
1 4 1/2 oz pack cream cheese (soft) 1/2 cup butter (soft) 1 cup flour Assorted jellies and jams
Mix first 3 ingredients until it makes a smooth dough, freeze for 1 hour, or until firm. cut dough into fourths, roll into rectangle, cut with round cookie cutter, place jam in center, fold sides up to meet at center and pinch closed. Bake at 450F on a greased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes
