This recipe is also sort of a fix up of the inexpensive box type mixes, sometimes, they can leave a bit to be desired.

These tips help you to make any box recipe taste moist and delicious. 


Corn Bread Muffins

1 (7 oz.) Box Corn Bread muffin mix
2 Tbsp. Sugar 1/2 Cup whole kernel corn
all vegetable oil

Makes about 6

Prepare cornbread muffin mix according to package directions.
If the directions don't call for oil, Add one tablespoon of oil for each egg called for in the

directions.
If the directions do call for oil, skip this step and continue to the next step.
Drain corn well. Add the sugar and corn to mixture. Stir to combine well.
Divide evenly into well greased muffin pan, You could use paper baking cups, spray insides

with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake as directed. Typically 400 F for 13 to 15 minutes.
