Food Tracker
It's almost Bathing suit season, Are you watching your weight?
Would you like a simple way of keeping track of the food you eat without too much fuss?
This Food tracker will help you to keep track of what you eat each day, or at least what you should eat each day. Simply print a copy of the food tracker each week and cross off the foods you eat and the water you drink to stay on top of your weight.
Each module on the food tracker is inteded for one day, there are six modules on the food tracker. Yes, I know, there are seven days in a week, Just eat sensibly on the seventh day, or if you like, just begin a new food tracker page for the next six days.
I designed this food tracker according to the US FDA's Food Pyramid.
The food pyramid has the number of servings of meats, dairy, fruits and vegetables, breads and fats that they recomend for a healthy lifestyle.
