Worked many jobs until I had to have shoulder surgery in 2001 which left my right arm weak and could no longer work for my last job, Giant Eagle Grocery Store in Oil City. PA
Values on Life that I shared with my children were taught to me by my  Parents  William and the "Late" Louise Smith.(March 25, 2004).
My love for cooking I owe to My Mom, Louise Smith. She taught me many ways to cook and not from a box!! LOL
