Light as Air Scrambled Eggs
These are the lightest eggs ever, The whipping cream combines with the eggs to create a fluffy, magnificent start to any day.
Light as Air Scrambled Eggs
6 Whole eggs 1/4 cup Whipping cream 1/2 teasp salt Fresh ground pepper. 2 Tablespoons butter
Gently melt butter in large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Break eggs into a medium bowl, add whipping cream mix well, mixture will become homgenous and light yellow, sprinke in salt and mix again, pour gently into melted butter, cook over medium heat scraping sides and bottom of pan with spatula wihile cooking, Turn off heat just before they becom dry, but hold together. Continue stirring with heat off until eggs are done. Eggs will finish cooking with heat from pan. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and salt if desired. |
