Danish Puffs
This Cookie Recipe was submitted by Rosey Miller, Rosey is a wonderful cook and I am thrilled that she is allowing us to feature some of her wonderful recipes. Thank You Rosey.
Danish Puffs
4 1/2 Cups Butter
2 1/4 Cups Sugar
Less than 8 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Salt
4 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
4 1/2 Cups Chopped Pecans
Cream butter and sugar, add flour and salt, mix in vanilla and pecans, roll into balls, flatten slightly.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 F |
