Swiss Cinnamon Cookies
This Cookie Recipe was submitted by Rosey Miller, Rosey is a wonderful cook and I am thrilled that she is allowing us to feature some of her wonderful recipes. Thank You Rosey.
Swiss Cinnamon Cookies
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Milk
5 Cups. Flour
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Topping
4 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and milk, Beat thoroughly. Gradually add dry ingredients. Chill dough. Shape into 1" balls. Flatten with floured glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar.
Bake 375 F for 10 minutes. |
