Pina Colada Dessert
This easy dessert has an almost exotic taste, A great ending to any meal, light, delicious, and out of the ordinary. Treat yourself with this one. Pina Colada Dessert
4 Servings
1 (4 seving size) pack of Vanilla Pudding
1 Cup cold Coconunt Milk
1 Cup cold Milk
1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring
1/2 Cup sweetened Flaked Coconut
1 small can Crushed Pineapple (drained well)
Whipped topping
Marashino Cherries
Prepare instant pudding using the coconut milk and regular milk .
In Dessert cups Layer about 1/4 cup pudding mixture, a Tablespoon of pineapple, and a sprinkle of the coconut, finishing with the pudding. Top with whipped topping and a marshino cherry. |
