Bacon and Onion Dip
Great on twice baked potatos, or fried potato wedges or even chips, for a twist, add a tablespoon of horseraddish to the mix before baking, It adds a nice bit of spicyness to the mix Bacon and Onion Dip
1 cup Mayonaise
1 Container sour cream
6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 Package (envelope) Onion soup mix
1 teasp worsteschire sauce
3 green onions chopped
Sour cream for garnish
Combine all ingredients, place in greased 9 X 9 baking dish, bake at 350F for about 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle shopped green onion over top. Serve with fried potato wedges, and sour cream on the side. |
