CORN DOSA

Cooking Time : 10-12 min. Preparation Time : 10 min.
Serves 4.
Ingredients 3 nos. sweet corncobs 9 tablespoons Bengal gram flour (besan) 2 green chillies, chopped 4 tablespoons chopped coriander salt to taste oil for cooking
Method 1. Grate the sweet corn, add the besan, green chillies, coriander, salt and enough water to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency. 2. Heat a non-stick tava over a medium flame and grease it lightly with oil. 3. Pour a ladleful of the batter on the pan and swirl the pan so as to get a thin dosa. 4. Cook on both sides till golden brown. 5. Repeat with the remaining batter. 6. Serve hot. |
