This dip can also be used as salad dressing, great flavor, easy to make, one of my favorite. I am a blue cheese lover, so I add a little more when I want.
Blue Cheese Dip
1 cup Mayonaise
1 Cup sour cream
1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbled
salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, mix gently, refrigirate for at least one hour, and up to 3 days. Great for dipping fresh vegetables, Over burgers, or salads.
