Taco Dip

This Taco Dip is ideal as a meal or an appetizer, It is a fun meal for kids and can be served hot or cold. Just cover and refrigirate. You can also add any other ingredients that you prefer.
Taco Dip
1 lb. ground beef 1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning. (1/4 Cup) 3/4 to 1 C. water. 1 can Re-fried Beans 1 (16 oz.) Carton Sour Cream 2 C. Shredded Cheddar 1 Tomato (Chopped) Shredded Lettuce about 1/2 head 1 Can sliced Olives (Optional) Tortilla Chips
Directions:
In a 9 x 13 serving dish, Spread beans on bottom (You can heat these for a few seconds to make spreading easier)
Spread layer of sour cream over the beans
Brown ground beef in skillet and drain excess fat. Add Taco seasoning and water, simmer for about 5 minutes, then allow to cool for a few minutes.
Layer Beef on top of Sour cream
Continue layering with Lettuce, cheese, tomato, and olives. Use Tortilla chips to scoop.
