Mango Salsa

This wonderful recipe was submitted by Rosey Miller.

Rosey says this is a favorite at her house, I have tried Rosey's Mango Salsa, and believe me, it's addicting.

Rosey writes : Below is the recipe for Mango Salsa. It's a recipe our son sent us, recommending it highly.
However, it can become addictive!! When we make it here, we just can't stop eating it......

Mango Salasa

1 mango
4 medium tomatoes
1 large clove of garlic
1/4 sweet onion
4 hot peppers (Jalapeno/Serrano…..)
1/3 Cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime

I chopped the veggies small then mixed in the cilantro & lime juice.
It worked out quite well & the juice adds something good.
