Chocolate Ganache
This delcious "dip" is actually a multi functional sauce of sorts, it can be used as a fondue, or a frosting, or a filling. Super simple to make. Absolutely marvelous to eat, and it enhances fruits in ways that nothing but chocolate can. Romantic, friendly, simple and tasty, you must try this one.
You can further enhance the wonderful flavor by adding a tablespoon or two of your favorite liquers, be sure to stir well, or the chocolate may separate a bit. Chocolate Ganache
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2/3 cup heavy cream 1 tbsp. butter
heat cream until it begins to simmer, add butter, heat till butter melts. place chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl add hot milk/butter mixture stirring gently to melt the chocolate chips and blending the entire mixture to a smooth consistency.
